1) Did you go to school for this?
Yes, I graduated from the San Francisco Art Institute in 2003 and I'm still making art.
2) Why are there so many Lindsay Lohans?
I'm always practicing drawing and painting techniques. Right now I'm using Lindsay as a model because there are pictures of her everywhere. My friends just put out a zine called Lindzine. It's invaluable to me.
3) What's with the plants?
I am currently learning traditional botanical illustration using watercolor. It's really expanding my mind!
4) What is Future Colors of America?
My art gang. Matt Furie, Albert Reyes, and I complete each other's drawings. We try not to screw them up too badly. Our latest show was at FFDG.
